Questions on Iron Man 2

Hello all, some questions regarding Iron Man 2 The Game for Sega/anyone who happens to know:

-Who is developing the Iron Man 2 games for each platform? I know the website states Sega Studios San Francisco (the restructured Secret Level) is developing, but does that only entail the XBOX 360/PS3 versions? I have the Wii/PSP/DS versions of Iron Man, which were all developed by A2M; will they be back as well?

-Will the game incorporate the movie characters into its storyline, or is it 100% original (i.e., will we encounter Whiplash/Vanko and Justin Hammer in addition to Crimson Dynamo and others)?

-Related to the first question, can we expect similar content in all versions of the game (DS game was fun, but why were all the villains [Whiplash/Scarlotti, Titanium Man, Melter] taken out?)

I'm 99% sure that SEGA Studios San Francisco is developing the game for all consoles.
