So has anyone gotten a notice these are shipping yet. Sega only has 4 days until late November starts. I've considered ordering one from eBay if sega can't keep their promises. And I'll for sure cancel my subscription if I don't have something nice to play with before the next billing hits.

I paid for a year of flash games for this controller, and I leave for more military duty soon, so I feel like I got ripped off again.

Its hard to be a fan of your childhood favorite game company when they keep screwin you over

Well it's mid November now, and as far as I'm aware these Joypads still haven't been shipped out. Hopefully SEGA will start to get a move on, as it wont be long now before some people will be asked to start re-subscribing... and they wont have even got their incentive from the first subscription!

*waits patiently for email regarding shipping details*

There's a thread here that shows that an UK person has received them. I expected UK will receive them now, and the rest of the world shortly after.

Yesterday, my account said that it had not shipped yet. Today, it says:

(Your USB Joypad has been sent on 15-Oct-2009)

ROFLMAO

Soon as I get it, I'm canceling this subscription and dropping this site. I'm tempted to issue a chargeback as well so they get fined due to the lingering customer support issue I've had go unanswered the past month.

I was scared since I never bought anything online, when suddenly 35€ were off my account and the site still asked me to upgrade. I submitted a ticket and a couple of days later they had answered me back with a solution.

So submit another and stop being a child.

I suppose that I deserved that comment, given that my comment offered no background information. Basically, I was overcharged for my account. I called customer service, and their phone line never has anyone answering it. I then submitted a support ticket, but it went unanswered. They then closed the ticket due to lack of response. It seemed to me like they were blatantly ignoring the issue.

So once I get my joypad, I'm issuing a charge back for the difference owed to me. If I don't receive the joypad before the 3-month account expires, then it's a charge back for the whole charge. Bottom line is, if you pay for goods, you get the goods. If you don't get the goods, you get your money back.
