There was also a rumour of Chaos having a costume over at GameFAQ, although I did tell them that I didn'tget a costume when I completed his VIP (Big and Birdo gave me their suits instantaneously to buy).

Well, I've got the issue, so I'll check...
... Here's Cream's mention; "You can...stick a picture of Cream the Rabbit on your bobsleigh, for example." The suits mentioned were Charmy, Dry Bones, Fire Mario, Super Sonic and Big.

Well I don't have precise stats, but looking at the relative position of each bar, I can estimate that Skill is the highest stat at 9, Speed is next at 8, Acceleration follows with 7, and Power trails with just 6.
Edit: Just to compare, these stats are equal to one other character suit; Peach's suit. Bizarre considering that she should have something more like Tails' Power (he may be weak in the game, but his suit is higher, at a Power of 7). Also, Espio's costume stats are 8 for Power and Skill, 7 for Acceleration and Speed. Looks like they're setting him up to be able to slip into BOTH free typing slots the next time round (seriously, Power over Speed?).
