I will not buy any SEGA and CA products anymore.
This will lose them revenue of at least € 50 a year I guess.

While I can understand your frustration with Empire as it may or may not be working as you desire, this poll or line of argument would be better served for visibility if you took it directly to the Creative Assembly monitored and maintained forums found at http://shoguntotalwar.yuku.com/ as there people directly related to the development and subsequent updates for the game are more likely to see them. Here, only customer support may see them and then they can only report this to the developer.

Also, when pointing out your arguments, it would be helpful to point out which issues you are most concerned about otherwise this sounds like senseless whining (and I know you, collectively, can easily point out issues you're having in general).

Depends really, I wont buy another one of there games unless they fix the cause of the crashes. If they were to fix the crashing - or at least assist me in trying to sort out the cause of them, then I will buy there next game.

Apart from the crashes the game itself is really quite good.

There have already been polls similar to this where hundreds, some thousands, one i believe was in the tens of thousands, of signatures. As soon as it was posted on the official forums the thread was locked(usually deleted) as soon as the first moderator had seen it. Sometimes they would give an explanation like (we have passed it on to ca and there is no need for this thread) but usually no explanation is even bothered to be given.

Always nice to be accused of senseless whining. Let me explain and ask some questions:
  • these forums list the problems many thousands of your customers are having, what more information do you need before you start working on a patch?
  • if you need to know specifically, I experience multiple CTD's each playing hour and graphical distortions
  • what part of asking for a working product seems senseless to you?
  • are you saying that CA is responsible and SEGA is not at all?
  • last but not least, I am a customer, some companies actually respect customers and treat them accordingly, even in a forum.

SEGA is not responsible
CA is not responsible
Steam is not responsible
Who is responsible? God almighty!
And the losers who buy Sega games!!!!!!!!!!I mean us!
The solution?Never buy from SEGA!Nothing!
