Hey guys. I was wondering for hardcore snipers, how many kills do you get if you're in a 6 man game?

I'm finding that I'll start sniping at a target, and I'll have a soldier or heavy gunner come through and take the kill. I did most of the damage, but it's the kills that count.

I'm still fairly new to the game, so I'm still learning. I try and aim for the cockpit as much as possible, but it just seems like it takes SO many hits... I'm using 2 heavier sniper cannons, and 3 smaller cannons. None of them are all that advanced. I switched to HE damage over CE as well.

That's what's supposed to happen, unless you set your sights on a lone heavy gunner who can't retreat, or a scout who you can kill in a few hits.

No one gives a **** about individual rankings, it's the end team result that matters. If you're helping out your team, then you're on the right path

well if im going for kills...probally 1 and thats off the stupid scout...other wise i just injure them...thats the fun part....watch them squirm with no guns and hurt legs as our teams big guns come in to finish him off

Exactly - once you stop thinking about the individual kill and start focusing on the team win, it's a lot more enjoyable.

That is so true. I was a little fustrated about not getting the kill either, but as long as we were winning it was all good. Having a buch of kills is sort of empty if your team doesn't win the battle.

if its a 20 min game, i average 4 kills a game, if its 40 then i usualy average 7 or more, 60 mins i can hit 14 and more. (this is from usualy 4v4's cause i nvr can get a 6v6 going). when im with my team i always help whos getting the most damage before i try to take anything by myself. (those scores are baised on me killing the other guy by myself.)

well depends on how good your snips are and what you're target is.

As a tip always aim for either the generator or the chasis that should slow them down and then once you do that its easy killin.

taking out the generator also takes away his energy suply so he wont be able to function properly (lose of speed, weapons, gas supply)

I get 1 or 2. Depends on how I play the round.


If you really want kills just go to 1 vs 1 so your guaranteed a kill...or to be killed.

I've gotten as many as 6(at distance) in a 15 minute map. but I have four rifles linked and have figured out where to place my scope to score a four pit hit. I have a hybrid sniper soldier though. I like to take the guys apart mostly at range and then move in,and close the deal with a machine gun.
